#BlogPaws Wordless Wednesday Hop! Here Comes December!

Since I haven't posted anything to Kely's blog in almost a month, one might think she hasn't been up to much worth sharing...But no, it's just my lack of initiative and the fact that it's now dark when I leave for work and dark when I get home.

I kind of dream of being Kely sometimes, even though in human years, she's 15 years older than me! Her days are filled with naps, breakfast (lunch and sometimes dinner) in bed and lots of cuddling! When she is at work with me, Kely has a large, well-trained staff to cater to her every need...

And when Kely is at home, she has her choice of places to curl up, and if it's sunny she can be found stretched out on the 'Country Suite' guest room bed, and she will be sure to come and yell at me if any of the other kitties try and take her spot!

And I'm also happy to share the good news, that Kely recently had an abdominal ultrasound to see how her tummy was doing and great news there! All the measurements of her intestinal tract and lymph nodes were within normal limits---YAY! A big improvement over a year ago!

And while I was hoping Kely's IBD, presumptively diagnosed just over a year ago, was being well-controlled with meds as her vomiting has stopped, I still can't get her to gain weight and I just wanted to make sure nothing was hiding inside that I should know about!

That good news made everyone at work smile, including her handsome man friend, Dr Anderson! Kely has made him want to get a Cornish Rex of his own some day! She brings lots of smle to everyone she meets!

She has quite a following on her Instagram page and she'd love for you to follow her, too! You can find her at at www.instagram.com/kely_with_one_l

And while Instagram is fun, instant gratification way to pass the time, joining in on the BlogPaws Wordless Wednesday Blog Hop is loads of fun, too and a great way to meet new friends!

#BlogPaws Wordless Wednesday...Senior Lady Cat Edition!

The weather has been unseasonably warm, but Kely enjoyed the late autumn sun in this pretty sweater in all the colors of the falling leaves! There's lots of life left in this spry Senior Pet!

And here she is in a sweet ruffled pink feminine frock, enjoying the golden afternoon sun. Senior pets especially love basking in the sun if they have arthritis, like Kely does.

And here she is in a fun 'Selfie', wearing her #SecretLifeofPets dress... Senior Pets know how to have fun!

Kely makes everyone smile no matter what she is wearing! And some of that is because she is a Senior Lady Cat, so we are happy to celebrate National Senior Pet month along with our friends!

And if you'd like to smile, jump in on the BlogPaws Wordless Wednesday Blog Hop and see what your other young and old friends are up to!
